    Sencore CR-143

    Scored one today, this is a rather nice CRT Tester, just need the manual to go with it, if anyone has one or knows where to download one?

    EDIT: Someone on the Antique Radio Forums has a scanned copy for me to use.

      Revenge lil Rock 5 repair

      Got a Revenge lil Rock 5 in for repair. It seems to be some sort of a small guitar tube amp.
      Complaint: Doesn't work.

      Fix: R13 390 Ohm 5W resistor open. Replaced it with a 7W 390 Ohm resistor, working A1.

      Didn't find any schematic online, so I scanned the paper I had....

      hi there everyone


      hp probook 640 g1 6050a2566302-mb-a04

      comes on to no display

      came with this fault , i have flashed the bios with almost 18 files from here
      and other places, still the same

      i can see the lcd come on but no graphics , forced the lcd backlight on with 3.3v

      but still no graphics , looking for a cpu to test if thats the issue or not

      any ideas welcome

      all working on the charger
      all works when charger pin removed battery takes over and works

      but only will not charge battery stuck on percentage ?????

      so far changed to new battery , changed charger , also changed bq24737

      the only thing i dont understand that it has 2.6v on scl and sda on battery ??

      on this mb its using 2 sot23-6 fets on the scl sda ???

      also one sot23-6 has the marking of k702 which i think its a 2n7002 and the other...

      A neighbor dropped off an ancient (antique? the thing must way 2 pounds!!)) Visio VTAB1008 for me to look at. After a day on the charger, it's stuck in an endless reboot loop (can't tell it NOT to try to turn on and to, instead, just charge battery!).

      I can divert it to recovery mode which seems like it is stable enough that I could leave the tablet waiting for input for hours without a problem. I've wiped cache and separately restored factory settings (haven't, yet, tried to reinstall an image from a uSD card).

      When charger is disconnected, I just get a momentary...
