    Weller WLC100. Costs like $40. I've had mine for 10+ years. Only changed my tip once. =D Works like a champ.

      I like my Duratech 936 clone because it has a far larger assortment of tips available for it.

      Cheap $5 irons usually give you two choices, big or small, and maybe conical or chisel, if you're lucky.

      That's not to say I don't find my basic Scope MH25s useful, because they certainly are.
