    UE40H6400 image retention

    Hello all
I have one TV Samsung UE4H6400
    Display CY-GH040CSLV2H
    T-CON LSF400HF04 BN41-02110A
Except few leds that are damaged (white light emmiter is gone and led shine in blue or UV)
    Looks like that

All seems fine watching TV,browsing menu etc.
But if some image are show for some time then I can see some retention.
If i watch one movie in netflix, then pause player for few minutes (during pause movie title is displayed white and big on screen) when resuming playback I can still see faint movie title for few minutes until slowly dissappear completly.

Another thing is some 3D crosstalk, when used 3D movie with 3D subtitles that are on black bars,I can see through glasses, with one eye faded subtitles for other eye.
In the end results is like view 3 subtitles.
One at 40-50% faded in left, one 100% wich must be the one OK and another one faded at 40-50% in right.
To explain more, let's say subtitles are one letter only C by example
    • let say is blank (just for example)
    One eye must see ••C
    Other eye will see C••
Resulted image will be •C• in 3D
But what I see is CCC
First and third C are at 40-50 % bright as central C

Seems like image isn't blanking quick enough, that could be also reason for retention or persistence in 2D mode.

    What I measured on T-CON
Testpoint Value Value in 3D mode
    12V 12.5 12.5
    AVDD 17.04 17.05
    HAVDD 8.53 8.53
    HVIN 12.5 12.5
    VCOM1 5.78 5.78
    VCOM2 5.84 5.78
    VCST 7.92 0
    1.1V 1.1 1.1
    1.5V 1.5 1.5
    1.8V 1.8 1.8
    2.5V 2.51 2.51
    3.3. 3.33 3.33
    VOFF -11.36 -11.22
    VSS -7.38 -7.36
    VONE 28.13 27.91

    What could be the problem?
    Are these voltages OK?
