You have this problem
When you try to power up it -----> and it stays on for 2 seconds and goes OFF and restarts and keep doing same thing here is the fix for this problem
or if you can hold the suction switch and turn unit on and powers off and on
replace diode D1 = M7
The problem was ( D1 ) shorted the part # is ( M7 )
