what do you means for dead? No signs of life? Check tension on all coils of the main board, except the 4 in a row of the audio amp.

Thank you for the recommendation. My measurements:
coil voltage readings (left to right)
      mark on coil Voltage (volts)
      3R3 1.8
      1R5 3.387
      1R0 1.032
      2R2 5.09
      2R2 1.502
These are good power supply readings?

Voltage on coils are perfect. Suspected software issue on standby memory or microcontroller.. (i don't know this model). But my initial question?

The television has no light, no LED illuminated, no sound (dead set).
Anything further I can do to test the mainboard?

locating standby memory/microcontroller , freezing it, wait 5sec then turn on tv or read it with programmer an reprogram back
