So upon checking this 2012 820-3330 motherboard I find short with freezespray at SMC u4900 very hot.
Motherboard as dim green light.
since SMC has burn mark when I remove should I check certain contacts for short that would prevent new smc from working properly?
Can I use a 2012 13" 820-3115 SMC from donor ?
