Replaced AS-19HG with exact new replacement.
Problem persisted, everything is as was.
Looks like MB issue after all...

        Any chips worth replacing there?

have you re tested the gamma voltages what are the readings now? and some people are saying that the new chips can be faulty so have to re fit with another one.

Haven't retested voltages yet. Will do.
And I have another new chip, so I can replace this, but it just seems not likely to me that,
            a) new is faulty, (I opened them from factory package)
            b) fault is precisely same, nothing differs from the old one.

Furthermore, I welded it on with solder iron only, as large pad underneath was not welded originally, just legs. So no overheating of chip definitely.
