InnoLux N156HGE EA1 LCD from Alienware 15

Hi, I have an InnoLux N156HGE EA1 LCD from an Alienware 15.

When connected, the panel will power on, off, on, then off and stay off without any back light, at random times it will just power on and work, it has been tested in another system with the same result, it's like it's not getting the right power then sometimes it does

There is 19V coming in but no other voltages are found.

I've played around with it and found a cap that was shorted by a resistor to ground however I have no idea what it's value is so I had put another resistor on from a cracked donor panel and I now get dim inverted colors, I had opted to look at getting a new panel rather than continuing as I have other projects I'm working on, but here is some pics of what it looks like atm.
