X7 BZX84-C47 Zet C SOT23 0.3W zener 47V±5%
X7 CMDZ5227B CSC I SOD323 250mW zener 5% 3.6V
Q407 shows is this MMBR901 SOT23 npn RF MRF901.
Service manual only found this 55LN5200UB, i cant see its bury....

Bad news, the Q409 is a switch for panel_Vcc, I doubt about TV panel has A short, need to find the pinout, then check the short.
PS: I checked it has 121 ohm between tv chassis ground to panel_Vcc ( from T-con board), look like has A short to me.

I have this same tv, 60fn5400, on the right side of screen, it does show picture but its in a sodt of white box? Have you ever sceen this?Comment
