    This tv from 2004 came to me with blue power buttons lite up. Press power button and relays click but lites go out and nothing. Somebody got to this set before me and changed out a lot of caps on the power supply, used mostly Rubycon. I saw a post online about 4 surface mount 100uf 16v caps that needed to be replaced. I did it and its back from the dead. I cant believe this dinosaur has a HDMI port. Pics to come.

    I replaced the 4 smd caps with 100uf 50v electrolytics. They are circled in red.

      I do not see the 4 caps. What are the designators for them?

        Sorry, wrong pic. Here is the right one. The 4 caps are 2533,2540,2541, and 2508. all on the power supply.
        In the pic, two have already been replaced.
