What's the value of this link resistor ?

What's the value of this link resistor ?
I tried to meter it about 1 ohm,

but could it be 10 mOhm ?

Yes, 10mOhm - seems right. If you need to be sure, you need to make a 4-wire measurement. Can be done in simple way, just use a bench power supply at e.g 12V, a power resistor 10-100 Ohms, and the use a good DMM to measure the voltage drop over the link ( NOT placing the pins on the same physical spots )
