      After plug charger
      Give BQ24726 all 20 pin voltages

        Did the computer run with the "new" battery until it discharged?

            Yes, it consumes the battery and does not charge

                IC number U9 Have 20 PINS
                check each pin voltage from 1 to 20 pin
                And let us know

                    Hello how are you
                    I measured points and this result

                    Pin voltage
                    1 = 3.570
                    2 = 0.
                    3 = 0.
                    4 = 0.498
                    5 = 0.509
                    6 = 0
                    7 = 0
                    8 = 0
                    9 = 0
                    10 = 0.271
                    11 = 3.33
                    12 = 3.33
                    13 = 3.33
                    14 = 0
                    15 = 2.636
                    16 = 0
                    17 = 18.24
                    18 = 19.38
                    19 = 19.38
                    20 = 18.94

                    .

                      Were these measured with the battery or AC adapter or both connected?

                        Do you have schematic !.
                        Pin 1/2 (ACN and ACP ) must have your VCC Input !

                        Try again your measure with charger ( no battery)

                        Voltage of the first 2 mosfet all pins ( S/D/G )

                                    Are you sure you counted the pins correctly? ACOK, SDA & SCL are small signal lines and should not be more that 3.3V at maximum. You also did not answer the questions as to whether the voltage you measured were using AC adapter only, battery only or both AC adapter & Battery.

                                    You did mention that the laptop was turning ON and from the 1st picture in 1st post, we can assume you have the AC adapter connected. With the AC adapter connected, you should have 19V on pin 1, 2 and 20 as well as 3.3V on ACOK. ACDET should be around 6V something (need to check schematics).

                                      It seems you are counting pins in a wrong fashion.

                                        Agree with your observations@spider1211 except ACDET signal. It should'nt be 6V. may be approx 2.6V. ReGN should be 6V instead.
