    Help identifying SMD Transistor?

Can anybody figure out what transistor(?) this is? I'm not at all familiar, and was hoping it might jump out to someone.
    Thanks for taking a look!

    It's not a transistor, U6 is likely a buck-converter in SOT23-5 package.
Can you tell us the markings... 9705AG, or 97Q5AG etc.

You might be able to use some alcohol to clean the flux from the ic and then you might make out the numbers, Also what is it from? sometimes that can help id the chip.
How many pins does it have? It looks like only 4

I agree with redwire being a buck converter and RJ with the cleaning of the board.

          Thank you for your help!

I tried cleaning it, and the top of it flaked off.
I removed it completely, and cleaned it up more, so we could at least see the traces.

The PCB is the main board from a Vantec NexStar-HX4R, Model: NST-640S3R-BK, Input: 12V DC 5.42A (USB 3.0 & eSATA External Hard Drive RAID Enclosure)

The PCB has the following information printed on it.
          - EX-75-540G-01
          - 20102111_V1.1
          - 94V-0 HJX-01
          - E333641

The stickers on the PCB have the following information.
          - HD:4223
          - HD:09580922
          - Q1304JMB393

I have also attached photos of the whole PCB.

          Thanks!

What are the numbers on U7? it looks like a similar part

You know what, I think you got it...
              9705AG
              P95247

It even has the same components, on the same legs.

              Thanks!

                I believe I found the ic, It is a AUR9705. It seems U8 is setup as a 3.3v regulator (based on R65 & R67)
                I would guess U7 would be 1.5v (check the values of R64 & R66)
Looks like AP3428A could be the replacement
