Default Stress Test after Re-capping

Chris, I need to know if you fired this board up and ran it like you said you were going to, because it is dead and I need to know so I can order new one.
I have already replaced the power supply, so I know that is not the problem.

this is why i prefer the customer to send the ram and cpu that was in the system.
these parts also get the benefit of the test.
