Acer 8530G power on but black screen

Hi,

i've an Acer 8530G.

Motherboard : _Wistron_Big_Bear 2A 48.4AJ01.011

The laptop power on but black screen.


I tried change CPU,RAM .
I tried to change GPU Card with a working card but nothing

I checked voltage on coils.
All are ok but the VCC_core is flickering from 0,9V a booting to 1.1V. on L12,L14,L17

Are the caps of VCC_CORE bad , i think to change all 330uF neaer CPU

Do you have an idea?

No display at external.

And the keyboard (caps , num lock) does not react

U12 RUN power Drain output
U22 Run Power Drain output
U50 Drain output
U10A SIO pin 122 7
Test your BIOS ic Voltage & Back up Old Bios try to Flash
