Newmark has a sale of that series caps I think about buying some but I want to know if ESR value is to low .0013

All of these had
CAPs POOF
All of the mosfet that are taken out by bad caps -

I would like to use them on the output side of the power supply right there 2200uf on this 5 volt@5 amp power supply there 4 of them I was thinking of put 2900uf instead 2200uf9 PC LCD Monitor
