Why should anyone help you when you haven't bothered to put in very basic information in your details? Like make and model number of TV and the screen model number? It strikes me as laziness on your behalf!
I would suggest you explain yourself properly to get a response.

lol the info is in the picture but realty is,it should be written in text so we know for sure.please could you advice me of the model number of the tv,rest of the details are on the pictures, might have a factory service update file.
