Element EUFT551 No Video

Turns on with backlight and no video. Removing two ribbon cables one side at a time shows white on the disconnected side. Can't confirm if there is audio. Tcon fuse measures 12.9VDC on both sides of the fuse.

Will be trying a new tcon board unless there are any other suggestions.

Update: Ordered a new tcon since it was only $20 at electroparts ebay store. This 4K TV uses the same AUO panel as a Sony XBR-55X900A

Start checking Voltage at the test points on the t-CON board, pictures are too blur to see the test points clearly.

New tcon board fixed it. Checking the backlight settings on this model, with tv on, source-2-5-8-0. Backlight for Energy Saving mode (default on reset) is 34/100 and Standard mode is 58/100. Shouldn't get backlight issues unless you change it to Dynamic.
