Gave board a visual inspection top and bottom. No obvious broken caps/solder.

One component has a black band around it, which may just be a manufacturers mark but my untrainined eye was drawn to it when Iwas looking for burn/scorch marks so I took a pic....

Yes Tom, the 24v pins are showing readings of 24.1

Sorry, I don't follow what you want me to do.


As is, the CT is showing 0.5v at both the power side and main board.


The multimeter is showing a 0.01 - 0.02 reading with just the ground wire on the TV chassis....

(The labels on the board for these pins are slighty covered. I will post a picture)

Hmmm I have read it a couple of times and getting readings around 718V~ in standby mode.
Pressing the power button there is no change (tv isstuck in standby).

Voltage from red/green wires @ power input to board is reading 230V~

Ok hope this multimeter I have is functioning ok.
It's giving me the readings in 3 digits. I presume there should be decimal points in front of them.
