asus p4s800d-x with Hidh density ram?

does anyone happen to know if a asus p4s800d-x will run on high density ram I am trying to findout if it is the new ram i just installed or the system I just picked up 4GB of HD ddr400 for $20USD still sealed however the system boots into windows then after setting on the desktop about 2min reboots. I hate to reinstall the os if it is simply a ram compatibility issue

well I guess i found the problem just finished running memory tests on it and from what i can tell 2 of the 4 chips are bad so i ghuess i am going to check on sending them back
