acer aspire one need to install xp with usb

hi everyone i want to install xp on my acer aspire one with usb flash
which software need to boot with usb (xp)

i try with rufus but not working ...

any suggestion are welcom

everything good with rufus
but when i try to plug usb and boot from bios
nothing happen

You set it in the BIOS to boot from USB and saved the settings ?

I handle that on my own Acer One Netbook, by using an External USB CD/DVD disk drive. Then I can use the Boot DVD's I have for several OS's.

I just recently upgraded my Netbook from its original XP, to Windows 8.1 Pro, x86. Before I did that though, I made a backup of XP to the second partition on the HD in the Netbook, so I can go back if 8.1 does not work out.

So far, 8.1, x86 is running great on the little Netbook.

Since there is NO CD/DVD drive in a Netbook, the bios is factory set to also boot from a USB device.
