HI GUYS why when i go to these Soccer Live Tv sites they always say i need there plug-ins to be able to stream i have to go through some tedious X clicking to be able to watch games and when i hit those X exit buttons they present me with publicity crap that i have a hard time to exit out,why offer something that i don't need since 90% of the time my installed plug-ins work fine without their Adobe Hd flash players

You need plugins because most of those streams are peer to peer.
Some guy runs an application on his pc which captures the video from a tv tuner or set top box, compresses it and streams it to viewers that connect directly to him.
When you connect to watch the stream, not only you connect to the person that captures the video and streams it, but in some cases you also connect to other people watching the game from him that don't realize they automatically become streamers themselves (and you download from them instead of the person streaming to save his bandwidth).
In turn, the plugin in your browser also automatically sends the stream to other viewers if you have bandwidth.
So the video isn't actually stored on a server, at the site where the plugin loads etc, there's no primary server to take down with dmca complaints, and there can be 100 such websites advertising live streaming and charging money for subscriptions and the same guy streams to all those websites through the plugin.
Hence why adobe hd flash player is useless here... flash is good for streaming video from a particular server, not from random people.
