Won a 4some of Abit MB's and so far the only thing that happens when the power is switched on a small light in the corner of the board comes on.
The board that really caught my eye was the AT7-Max2. It was very dusty around the mounted fan. The board physically didn't show any burns or scratches. One of the Rubycon 6.3v 3300uf legs was disconnected so I did attempt to solder it back in. This did not net any results though.
Also the tops of some of the caps were apparently marked as though a punch was used on the tops of 4 or 5 caps. There are no signs of domed cap tops or leakage.
Is replacing the caps a good option? Where can these caps be bought?
Thanks in advance for any comments.
