    Unknown SMD Capacitor in Toshiba Portege M900

    Hi Guys! I'm having trouble finding the datasheet of these capacitors. I had searched online on these capacitors but to no avail. Will you be able to help me what type and the ratings/part numbers of these capacitors.

      Second picture 150µf G=4v Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitor. see pdf
