Belkin OmniView Enterprise KVM

This is a 5V PSU in a KVM

The main pcb was loosely coupled to the chassis.
Found the bridge and the fuse to be faulty.

The O/P filter has 4 330uF 25V Panasonic HFA
I cannot find the series data sheet.

What can these be safely replaced with?
I have some 16V 330uF FCs, in a smaller can obviously
Would these be suitable?

Found a discontinuation notice for HSF, see further;


These can be replaced with FCs and it recommends using the smaller
can size if possible.

I would've expected it to be a problem if you replaced with lower WV caps, depending on the average voltage itself...
