I have a 2018 MacBook Pro (with Sequoia OS) that I've been using for years with no problem. I recently received an M2 MacBook Pro so I'm mostly using it and not the 2018 one, but since a friend of mine needs a computer, I thought I could restore my 2018 and give it brand-new-like to my friend.

by VHAALNPATTETI have a Kenwood KA-35000 amp. I've recapped all the electrolytic capacitors recently. When I first turn the unit on I get a few second hum and a small pop sound on speakers and then silence. I am able to play music, etc without an issue after wards. Because it occurs only at the initial powering up each time and only last a few seconds I am having trouble figuring out how to troubleshoot.
The one other thing I noticed that during the powering off there is a slight hum and quiet pop sound. This I hadn't noticed before. The KA-3500 has a muting circuit that when unit is powered off...-
