Unknow motherbord model

Please help
i have this motherbord. i dont know model i need bordview or shematic please.
my problem is when i put 12v dc , 3v5v ic became hot i change it but its the same problem. Some idea to fix it ?

thx for help but i cant find bordview or shematic, i cant resolve my problem

probably a shorted cap or i.c.using those voltages.
check those rails to narrow it down.
