    SY6280AAC SY6280AAAC Datasheet

    SY6280AAC / SY6280AAAC is ultra-low RDS(ON) switch with programmable current limit to protect the power source from over current and short circuit conditions. They incorporate over temperature protection and reverse blocking functions. SY6280 automatically discharges the output capacitors during shutdown.

    SY6280 Features

    • Input voltage: 2.4V to 5.5V
    • 2A load current capability
    • Programmable current limit
    • Enable polarity: active high
    • Over temperature protection
    • Reverse blocking (no body diode)
    • OUT can be forced higher than IN at shutdown
    • Output discharge function
    - SY6280AAC: Auto output discharge function
    - SY6280AAAC: No output discharge function
    • Compact SOT23-5 package minimizes the board space

      This is a new item at Electronic GoldMine that has arrived within the last few weeks

      Here is the link for them I know for sure that it works because ( I tried it on mine soldering station ) I bought two of them and I just bought two more of them so I have some extra replacement ones in my parts bin

      One note it will not work for the ZD-917 or similar model number that does not have the sleep function that are the same iron but the plug only...

      General Description

      The AOZ2261NQI-11 is a high-efficiency, easy-to-use DC/DC synchronous buck regulator that operates up to 28V. The device is capable of supplying 8A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.6V ±1%.

      A proprietary constant on-time PWM control with input feed-forward results in ultra-fast transient response while maintaining relatively constant switching frequency over the entire input voltage range. The on time can be externally programmed up to 2.6µs.

      No picture, just red vertical stripes. Google search shows quite common problem for these recent Vizio M series although red vertical stripe pattern may differ. Some call it "Netflix" boot screen haha.

      Where is the short?

      Panel has 4x buffer boards. Quickly found the 1/4 panel buffer board with the problem by selectively disconnecting buffer board flex cables.

      Hello everyone, I'm troubleshooting an MSI Delta 15 (MS-15CK1) motherboard, and I need help identifying the function of the two coils marked in the attached image. The laptop powers on and responds to the keyboard, but the screen does not turn on-neither the LCD nor the backlight. I've checked the main power rails, and all other coils seem to have the expected voltages:

      • 0.91V for the GPU
      • 1.7V for VRAM
      • 3.3V and 5V rails 1.8V for the BIOS
      • 0.9V for the CPU and iGPU 1.2V for the RAM

      However, these two coils are not showing any voltage....
