Ic all legs giving buzz beep is it bad

    Ic all legs giving buzz beep is it bad

    As am diagnosing a small issue i come to a section where thier is 5 ic and one of them are beeping with gnd.

    Connected multimeter gnd to ground and touched each leg of the ic and its beeping on all legs of that one ic has that gone bad?.

    What's the ic ? Measure resistance not continuity.

      Pin5 pin6 pin7 pin8 10.2ohm
      Pin 2 00.8ohm
      Pin3 00.7ohm
      Pin4 40.3 ohm

        They are both mosfets. Check in diode mode betweens pins 2-7 then flip your leads round and test again. What are your readings ?

        Pins 1-4 look to be connected to ground, the other's don't.

        What's the issue, on what device ? It helps to know what part of what is being worked on.
