TC-P42X1X (TNPA4773) 7 blinks problem

Hello all, I've isolated the problem to the SC board TNPA4773 with the troubleshooting flowchart. But I don't know where to start from here, I have it unscrewed on my bench ready to test, it's also my first time doing Plasma diagnostics.
