Solar garden lights with deep discharge protection?

I am wondering if there are any solar garden lights which have deep discharge protection for the battery.
Many solar garden lights do not have deep discharge protection, as far as I know.

My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.
