What means the marks after TMS92903CT like E 08TM14 B?
And can i replace with TMS92903CT G 08TM41 E?
I have monitor Samsung P2450 and i wanna replace the inverter with the second one. Is this OK?

Markings after the main part number are usually the production date and line number i.e 2008 week 14 or week 41. It might have a day of the week or hour too. This is to track down defects and quality problems.
The main part number for the inverter transformers match , so I would be fine changing it.
