samsung power ic chip

Can anyone tell me were the power ic on a samsung s3510 is located.
It does not seem to be located near the dc socket.
The problem is a short circuit pulsing the charger. I have tried 2 chargers same problem
By experience I would guess its the ic but not sure where it is located.

Sorry possible bad capasitor. Customer has been using Maplins universal charger for this fault. Can anyone guide us where to test. it seems these motherboards not as obvious as i am used to.
