Dell 3521 (la-9104p) NO POWER ON, 19V GOOD,
3.3V&5v NOT GENERATE, PQ206 REMOVED 3.3V&5V OK BUT NO POWER ON.
HOW TO FIX THIS ERROR.
ANY ONE HELP ME

check if the rt8205l have an input supply voltage 19volt if yes check the 3.3volt and the 5volt if you have not check for short, if no shor and no voltage replace the ic.
