common problem on does board , is not having correct VCC on cpuocore IC . if no cpu core ic correct , then therefore no VGA !

Chek ISL for cpu vcore , and post all pins voltages with machine turned ON

I found the chip, but legs are to small, can you tell me which ones need to be checked

I already have have a small probe on my multimeter, but it's almost impossible to measure those legs without creating a short.
Is there another tool, other then i already mentioned to this kind of job ?

there are very fine tips for that, but as i have read somewhere good brand costs also 45 euros..... (for only tips). i use normal thin tips with a glass magnifier with leds and ofcourse sometimes short occurs
