3v/5v regulator ic

Good day to all,I need some help from the experts can you please help me?I have a DELL XPS p11f,I have a problem in 3v 5v regulator IC,3.3v ALW is good but i have no 5v ALW.What might be the problem?

wrong secion. provide also schematic and right dell model.

what ic is it ? generally if ec is only one u have 2 en voltage, one for 3.3 and one for 5v. check enable 5 volt line.
