Another AL196W Acer Monitor Repaired Sort Of

This is another AL196W Monitor I looked at this morning.. found one bad cap in the power supply and found an iffy cap on the video board so it got replaced.

Anyway machine came back to life, has a picture all the functions work just that on a white page I can see sort of like a robins egg blue colour and some vertical lines

Is this a sign of further bad caps on the video board or a sign the LCD panel itself is fubared?

Edit.. this unit has been running on my bench since I fixed it.. had a short nap.. went and checked on it now it seems to be normal.. just a tad confused on this one.

Looks to me like a loose LVDS cable; if it comes back try reseating it, consider applying glue on both ends.
