    Well for what it's worth.
    I have had monitors, that after a re-cap I have noticed flickering on the screen for a while after initial power up.
    After the monitor has run long enough to get good burn in, the flickering has gone away.
    Whatever I do, I consider it a success, if in the end I am breathing, seeing, feeling and hearing!
