Hello, i have a TV model Westinghouse WD32HW2490, the board is ST6308RTU-AP1, The tv power up with the tv buttons or remote will not but after that, no respond for turning off it has to be unplug.
I think the problem is in the eeprom, i read that is possible to erase it by shortcircuit two pins, my question is, were is the eeprom memory located in this board?
