TV model Westinghouse WD32HW2490, the board is, ST6308RTU-AP1, so the problem is in the eeprom, i read that is possible to erase it by short circuit two pins, my question is, were is the eeprom memory located in this board?

Helo, i have a smart tv, Westinghouse 32" power up and he tv buttons and remote will not respond... for turning off it has to be unplug.

Hello, i have a TV model Westinghouse WD32HW2490, the board is ST6308RTU-AP1, The tv power up with the tv buttons or remote will not but after that, no respond for turning off it has to be unplug.
