This also like my 3521 problem. One of the person said need programming to EC ( KB Chip ) again. at the moment i don't have the programmer for that. i have only TL866CS. i can't do it with this programmer. i have two dell 3521 with the same problem. if you have programmer you try like that. i will try ec dump for your model.
