The bios I posted here is the one I got from HP website. Yes indeed it is version F37 which I extracted from. I forgot to mention, on post#1 I used the wrong bios file instead of what I got from hp website. I misnamed the bios which was supposed to be for a different model. But the one from HP website worked form me. I think reflowing my gpu did not help. Just programmed wrong bios.
If using my bios file didn't work. you can try a mild reflow on the gpu. This versions are known for this issue.
