i have a insignia ns-ltdvd20 the power supply has full voltage on the filter cap but has no voltage on the standby,12vdc or 5vdc. i am believing that is the power supply that is at fault. i have also seen some supplies that will only show voltage when there is a load pulling on it. is this one of these situations. if i am not mistaken this is an smps supply.
