but next time much better to post your original backup bios with serial number which is easily any one can fix it and you can save laptop original dmi information too...

Yes, I am temporarily using Vostro 3681_CombineBiosName1 v99.1.45.rar (Ver:2.0.10) shared by Hoaca388. After disabling the Secure Boot Enable function in the BIOS, it can be used normally without receiving TPM errors and SSD and WINPE can boot the system.
I am trying other methods to see if I can repair the original BIOS file that was originally damaged. I used NeroProgrammer to back up the machine after it turned on without display....
