Hey Guys,
I’ve had 2 of the 5-14ALC05 laptops die within 2 months of each other — both bought at the same time as well.
The first attempt to fix it was to buy an Alibaba spec board replacement, but it only lasted 1 month.
I’ve now dumped all 3 BIOS files, grabbed the latest BIOS from the Lenovo website, trimmed it to fit, and swapped over the DMI and Windows key.
All the boards did a few cycles at the start, then booted. Everything seems to be alright except the power button indicator light just keeps flashing.

my lenovo ideapad flex 5 14ALC05 stopped working, the capslock and power button lights stay on but the screen is completely black.
do you have any solution for me?

Hey guys, im pretty new to this topic so i need a lot of help. My Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 14ALC05 turned into sleep mode and the next morning only the ESC and Caps are lighting up and i have black screen. I can change the Keyboard Backlight and the Fan is running. I read some of this forum and tried it on my own, but im just too clueless. I bought a CH341A and read the current BIOS, but im not even sure if what i see in there makes any sense or is the Problem. Then i wanted to get a good File of Lenovo Support but didnt found a .bin there. I would appreciate any kind of help....
