Hi guys,

came here for some advice with this mini PC diagnosis. The customer said, he can not start the PC. I saw some cold joint on the micro USB port, fixed it. Now I am able to start the PC, but with this behavior:
- 100mA for about three seconds
- then 640mA with blue LED light for very brief time ( maybe less than one second )
- lastly the PC turns off, with no current consumption.

Firstly, I thought it is a BiOS issue, but when I measure voltage at SPI ROM IC pin number 8, 1.8V drops to zero right after LED turns off. 5V still present. Don't know,...
