I also have a HP Chromebook Pro C640 with sound issue after unlocking. I was able to remove the enterprise lock. I used the BIOS from another unlocked C640. But just like someone else here mentioned, the sound is gone. The sound bar is greyed out and pressing the mute or volume buttons does nothing. There's also no sound from the audio jack, so its not a problem with the speakers. I returned back to the locked BIOS and the sound returned. Strange....
