Hey Guys I've been working on this this Dell XPS 9570 for a good while now but I believe that the PCH is dead. I didn't wanna really jump the gun and just buy one immediately so I thought I would be reach out and see what the community on Bad Caps thinks of it. I bought this laptop broken in the hopes of repairing it but when I opened it up it was worse that I had initially imagined. Hey Guys I've got XPS 9570 with a blown isl chip that caused a lot of damage and I'm kinda having a tough time fixing it. I tried using 0.10mm wire to rebuild the traces but they ended up not taking solder very well making it difficult to solder the chip on with hot air.Any advice on how to rebuild solid nice traces?
