I have a hp elitebook 8760W laptop which has a problem with charging / the problem is in charge but the charge rate remains 0% / the battery and charger were replaced too, and I changed the BQ 726 it remained the same problem
I attached pictures of the problem

These are the special voltages in BQ 726
Pin voltage
1 = 19.06

A bug \ "Q14" was found to be replaced by MOSFET

Is this voltage after removing Q14 mosfet?? Your post#1 shows it at 19V. Can you clarify??...

I removed Q14 "MOSFET

This is voltage 4 (ACDRV) voltage = 25.83...

Remove "Q14" MOSFET and check on I.C pin NO:- 4 (ACDRV) voltage = ?

ACDRV is not working. Check your first 2 dc-in mosfets and the voltage divider circuit for gate pin.

A good battery was placed on another laptop and the laptop was tested on the battery without a charger and when the charger is connected the charge percentage does not increase

Did the laptop run properly from the "new" battery (AC adapter disconnected, when the battery was still charged) and did it report percentage properly?
