I need to help to disable the onboard memory as I think it is causing my thinkpad to be unstable and automatically shuts down / reboot. I have the following information at the moment.
Machine Model : Thinkpad T490 (20N2)
Machine Type Model : 20N2CTO1WW
Serial Number : PF1NKY49
UEFI BIOS Version : N2IETA6W(1.84)
Embedded Controller Version : N2IHT43W(1.27)
ME Firmware Version : 1.2.0.95.2489

I've followed the instructions and executed the disableram.bin script using the tinyhexer software (Tools > Execute Script > disableram.bin) but received
Script C:\DISABLE RAM\disableram.bin line 11, error 1
ata not found.
Am I missing any step?
